It's good for the money

Clean and quiet, nice lounge space

Locker room too narrow, no space to get changed when there's other residents around. Room wear didn't have pockets in it, so bringing key card and other stuff was bothersome. It's dry and hot in capsules room, pillows could be better.

Wonderful

Everything is very clean and it is nice to have a man bath inside the facility. Guests are given a pijama.

There are a couple of points that may concern you when doing a reservation here: 1) the lockers are not very big, thus if you are travelling with a big luggage/backpack it is best to leave it in Shin Osaka station (just 1 subway stop away) 2) the neighbourhood is quiet and distant from areas with night life (last train leaves at midnight)

I've been to several capsule hotels, this one was by far the cleanest one.

It was across the street from a convenient station. There was also a Konbini, McDonalds, and KFC near the location, making it very convenient to get quickly get food.

Even though there was a train, it was a little far away from the tourist attractions. Making it a bit of a journey each time we wanted to see something.

Shoes off!

The capsule is nice, clean, and well-maintained. The restrooms are automated, making it quite amusing to walk by as the toilets activate one by one with sensors. The capsules, on the other hand, are rather old, with nothing particularly special about them.

When entering the building, please take off your shoes, although there is no sign or message indicating this. Unfortunately, there is no bench to sit on. The only indication is someone yelling, 'Shoes off!' The check-in and check-out process is rather complicated. It's like a classic capsule experience—take off your shoes, receive a key for a shoebox, store your shoes, hand the key to the reception, complete a registration form, proceed to an ATM-like machine to make a payment, return, receive a locker key, and so on. There are just too many steps involved.

Good value if you need a place to crash for the night. Comfortable stay.

Spotless and conveniently located. Love it that there are plenty of food options at its doorstep.

The ventilation system probably needs a cleaning. A couple of people were coughing and so was I but it stopped once I closed the ventilation “hole”.

Very pleasant stay with great facilities and a very accommodating staff.

It was a very clean environment with great facilities for solo travelers just looking for a place to crash for a night a two. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating as well.

The capsules have very little in the way of ventilation and cooling so it gets a little warm.

Convenient place to stay near Osaka.

The facilities were all very clean, very nice showers and washbasins. the location is great, right next to a station and 10 min walk from Shin Osaka station. It was very quiet and peaceful.

My suitcase, which was large but not excessively so was too wide to fit in the lockers they provided and there’s no room around the bed to store bags. I couldn’t find a way to turn off the bright blue light emitted by the control panel screen next to the bed

Would stay here again.

This capsule hotel was fantastic. Some things to improve on, the instructions said that toothbrush and paste would be in our lockers but it was not. The AC was on in the building but the pods were hot. There is ventilation but that did not cool it off so it was a sweaty night. I also found it odd that there was a smoking room inside the building. You could smell the smoke in the first floor lounge and then men who came out of that room smelled horribly. That being said I would absolutely stay here again even if it is hot. It was very very clean, well organized and the staff was wonderful. It is just steps from the train station. Fantastic experience!

It was a very good experience, reception had polite staff that explained everything at arrival, all doors and lockers were work digitally, bed was clean, light and wifi were sufficient, bathroom and shower were clean.

Very clean, very helpful staff, hot capsules.

I liked the cleanliness and the public bath. The staff were super helpful. They were able to accomodate me drying my wet shoes and provided me a umbrella.

The capsule was very stuffy and the air fan didn't really do very much at all. It meant I woke up lots but as it was just a place to sleep it was bearable.
